6  ways to make Shrimp Meals

1 Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:
• 500g (1 lb) shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 4 tbsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
5. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
6. Serve immediately.

 2️⃣ Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:
• 500g shrimp (peeled)
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 200g pasta
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
5. Toss cooked pasta with shrimp mixture.
6. Serve hot.

 3️⃣ Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients:
• 500g shrimp
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Coat shrimp in flour.
2. Dip in beaten eggs.
3. Roll in coconut and breadcrumbs mixture.
4. Fry at 180°C (350°F) for 2–3 minutes until golden.
5. Drain and serve with sweet chili sauce.

 4️⃣ Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
• 500g shrimp
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 avocado (sliced)
• Tortillas
• 1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Toss shrimp with taco seasoning.
3. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side.
4. Warm tortillas.
5. Fill with shrimp, cabbage, and avocado.
6. Serve with lime wedges.

 5️⃣ Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients:
• 500g shrimp
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions:
1. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes each side.
4. Add lemon juice and parsley.
5. Serve hot with rice or bread.

 6️⃣ Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
• 500g shrimp
• 200g pasta
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta and set aside.
2. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Pour in cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
5. Add Parmesan and stir until thick.
6. Mix with pasta and serve.
