SWEET MAC SALAD
1 ( 16 oz) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed I cold water & drained.
3 medium carrots, grated
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese cubes
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper



In a large bowl, combine the macaroni and vegetables. Add the cheese cubes. In another bowl, combine with a whisk the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Pour over the salad and thoroughly combine. Store in the fridge until time to serve. Store leftovers in the fridge. Serves 15-20

Crawfish Cornbread

1 box Jiffy (do not make according to directions on box!!!)
3 eggs
1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped white or yellow onion
1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
2 handfuls grated cheese of choice (I like Colby Jack or Pepper Jack)
1 lb crawfish tails (I coarsely chop mine)
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes

Mexican Cornbread

1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup white cornmeal, 1 egg, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 can drained mexi-corn, 1 medium diced onion, 1 medium diced green pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 tsp red pepper. Stir ingredients together. Melt 1 tsp crisco in a cast iron skillet. Bake 30-35 minutes at 400.

Bologna Salad

Ingredients....
1 pound of Bologna
3 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 cup Mayonnaise
(Shredded cheddar cheese optional )
Food processor or Blender
Instructions
Add bologna hard-boiled eggs to food processor; pulse until roughly chopped.
Pour bologna/egg mixture into a bowl and add relish and mayonnaise.
Stir until combined.
Cheese lovers can add shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve on bread or toast or with crackers

Ham and Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
2 tubes crescent dough sheets (or crescent roll dough)
1 lb deli-sliced ham 
8 cheddar cheese sticks 
1/4 cup butter, melted 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp dried minced onion or onion powder 
1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Assemble the Sticks
Roll out the crescent dough and cut each sheet into 4 pieces.
Place a slice of ham and a cheese stick on each piece of dough.
Fold the ends and roll up to seal.
Step 3: Make the Glaze
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried onion, and poppy seeds.
Step 4: Bake
Place the sticks on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
Brush generously with the glaze.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips for Success
Use crescent dough sheets for easier rolling.
Swap ham for turkey or add veggies like spinach for variety.
Store unbaked sticks in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8 sticks
