Dry Mix Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour (480 g)
3 tablespoons baking powder (36 g)
2 teaspoons baking soda (10 g)
1 teaspoon salt (6 g)

Additional Ingredients:
1 cup pancake mix
1 egg
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dry Mix
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar
Store in an airtight container for up to 2–3 months
2. Make the Batter
In a bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and melted butter
Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix)
3. Cook the Pancakes
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat (about 175–180°C / 350°F)
Lightly grease the surface
Pour batter into circles
4. Flip
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form
Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden Tips
