9 Types of Bakery Sauces
Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat sugar in a pan over medium heat until melted and golden.
2. Add butter and stir until combined.
3. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring.
4. Add salt if desired, mix well, and let it cool.
Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Procedure:
1. Heat cream in a saucepan (do not boil).
2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
3. Add butter, sugar, and cocoa powder.
4. Mix until smooth and glossy.
Vanilla Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar.
3. Slowly add warm milk mixture into eggs while stirring.
4. Cook on low heat until thick, then add vanilla extract.
Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
• 2 cups diced strawberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Procedure:
1. Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a pan.
2. Stir until strawberries soften.
3. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
4. Cook for 2–3 minutes and cool.
Vanilla Sauce (Repeat Version)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Heat milk and cream gently.
2. Mix egg yolks with sugar in a bowl.
3. Combine slowly with hot milk mixture.
4. Cook until thick and stir in vanilla.
Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients:
• 2 cups raspberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Procedure:
1. Cook raspberries with sugar and lemon juice.

3. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
4. Simmer and strain if needed.

Ingredients:
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

• 2 cups powdered sugar

Procedure:

Salted Caramel Sauce
