Homemade Apple Crisp 
Ingredients:
For the Apple Filling:
6 cups sliced apples, peeled
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
For the Crisp Topping:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Apples:
In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour until evenly coated.
Fill the Baking Dish:
Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Make the Crisp Topping:
In another bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
Top the Apples:
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples, covering the entire surface.
Bake Until Golden:
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown and crisp.
Cool Slightly:
Let the apple crisp rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
