No-Knead Baguettes
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups bread flour

1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups water
Instructions:

Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12-24 hours.

After the dough has risen, gently shape it into baguettes.

Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet or proofing basket lined with parchment paper, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a baking stone or baking steel inside.

Score the baguettes with a sharp knife or razor blade.

Place the baguettes on the preheated stone or steel and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let the baguettes cool on a wire rack before serving.
