PIZZA CASSEROLE
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked ground beef
1 package pepperoni slices
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish.
Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and spread them evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Spoon pizza sauce over the dough pieces and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Layer pepperoni, cooked ground beef, mushrooms, black olives, green bell pepper, and onion evenly across the top.
Cover everything with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
