Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Brief Preparation:
1. Prepare the strawberries: Mash half of the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15 minutes to release their juices.
2. Make the mixture: In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the mashed strawberries and the remaining strawberry chunks.
3. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes for 3-4 hours to prevent ice crystals.

Ingredients:
• Crust:
• 200 g of graham crackers or digestive biscuits
• 100 g melted butter
• Filling:
• 400 g cream cheese
• 200 ml heavy whipping cream
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Food coloring in various colors (yellow, pink, blue, purple)
• Decoration:
• Whipped cream
• Colorful sprinkles

Preparation:
1. Prepare the crust: Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and refrigerate.
2. Prepare the filling: Beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Divide the mixture into equal parts and add a different food coloring to each one.
3. Assemble the pie: Pour the colored mixtures into the pie dish alternately. Use a toothpick to swirl the colors and create a rainbow effect.
4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

• 16 oz cream cheese, softened

• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup blueberry puree (blended fresh or frozen blueberries)
• ½ cup fresh blueberries (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Create the swirl effect: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Add spoonfuls of blueberry puree and use a toothpick to create swirls.
