2 cups ice
1 cup cooled strong coffee
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons caramel syrup
Add to a blender, on high for 60 seconds then serve with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle.

Homemade Cappuccino (without machine)
Ingredients 1 Tbsp Instant coffee 1 Tbsp sugar (you can use less or more according to your taste) 1 Tbsp hot water and 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) boiling milk
Add coffee and sugar to your cup, add hot water a little at a time and stir until light brown in colour and thickened.
Boil milk in saucepan and whisk until foamy, add to your cup.
