Bunny Punch

Ingredients:
 1 cup fresh carrot juice (chilled)
 1/2 cup pineapple juice
 1/2 cup strawberry purée
 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 cup crushed ice
 Fresh mint leaves for garnish
 Optional: 1/4 cup coconut water for a tropical twist
 Directions:
1️⃣ In a blender, combine carrot juice, pineapple juice, strawberry purée, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until well mixed and slightly frothy.
3️⃣ Add crushed ice and coconut water (if using), then blend again until chilled and slushy.
4️⃣ Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey or lemon juice if needed.
5️⃣ Pour into fun glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a fresh strawberry or carrot twist on the rim. Serve immediately!

St. Patrick’s Day boozy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream vodka (or vanilla vodka as a substitute)
  • 1/4 cup crème de menthe liqueur (green for vibrant color and minty flavor)
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring (optional, if you want a brighter green hue)
  • Whipped cream , for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries , for garnish
  • Green-colored sugar crystals , for rimming the glasses

  • Instructions:

    Step 1: Prepare the Glasses

    1. Pour the green sugar crystals onto a small plate.
    2. Moisten the rims of your serving glasses with a bit of water or lime juice, then dip them into the green sugar crystals to coat the edges. Set aside.
     

    Step 2: Blend the Shake

    1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, Baileys Irish Cream, whipped cream vodka, crème de menthe liqueur, and green food coloring (if using).
    2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, if the mixture is too thick.
     

    Step 3: Serve and Garnish

    1. Pour the boozy shake into the prepared glasses.
    2. Top each shake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
    3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a sprinkle of green sugar crystals for extra flair.
     

    Step 4: Enjoy Responsibly

    1. Serve immediately with straws and enjoy this festive, minty treat!
    2. Pair with snacks like pretzels, cookies, or mini sandwiches for a complete St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

Refreshing Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:
4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
½ cup granulated sugar
4 cups water, divided
¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
Ice cubes, for serving
Peach slices and lemon slices, for garnish
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the peaches soften and release their juices.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then blend the mixture until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
In a large pitcher, combine the peach purée with the remaining 3 cups of water and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Serve over ice and garnish with peach and lemon slices. Enjoy!

Tips:
For a sparkling twist, replace 1 cup of water with club soda just before serving.

Homemade Cappuccino (without machine)

Ingredients 1 Tbsp Instant coffee 1 Tbsp sugar (you can use less or more according to your taste) 1 Tbsp hot water and 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) boiling milk

Add coffee and sugar to your cup, add hot water a little at a time and stir until light brown in colour and thickened.

Boil milk in saucepan and whisk until foamy, add to your cup.

ORANGE CREAMSICLE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

  • ice
  • 2 ounces whipped cream or vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 4 ounces orange-flavored soda
  • whipped cream, for topping
  • orange sprinkles or slices of orange

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour ice into a glass.
  2. Pour the vodka into the glass.
  3. Pour the orange soda into the glass and stir with a stirring spoon.
  4. Top the glass with whipped cream and sprinkles or an orange slice.

NOTES

  • Crushed ice or nugget ice is best for this drink.
  • This drink can be made ahead. You can mix the vodka and orange soda in advance and keep it chilled. Add ice and the toppings when you're ready to serve.
